A new twist to your lemonade
It's getting hot in here (PR), so before you start taking off all your clothes, try one of these refreshing recipes. They are easy to make, help keep you stay hydrated and are packed with good healthy ingredients. As we all know we need to drink lots of water, I can’t stress that enough. It keeps your skin hydrated and healthy, good for digestion, to curb cravings, and so on.
As you'll see in the recipes below, they all have lemon! Why? Lemons Are a good source of vitamin C, improve your skin quality, supports weight loss, and aids digestion. Need I say more. I also added apple cider vinegar and aloe vera for extra health benefits.
Recipes:
Apple Cider Lemonade
Ingredients:
•4-5 lemons, juiced
•2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
•6 drops of Stevia
*Makes 2 Servings.
Aloe Vera Lemonade
Ingredients:
4 lemons, juiced
2 oz aloe vera juice
4 drops stevia
6 cucumbers slices for a hint of flavor
Apple Cider Iced Tea
Ingredients:
2 cups black or rooibos tea, chilled
1-2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
8 drops of Stevia
1 lemon juiced
